Highly impact-resistant
Acrylic lens are a specialised form of plastic akin to Plexiglass and were commonly used in early to mid-20th century watches. It is a softer material that can be more prone to scratches but conversely is very shatter-resistant. Given its softness any scratches though can be buffed out. Acrylic lens are synonymous with vintage-inspired timepieces and thus can be found on our Marlin and Q Timex collections.

"Excellent product for my son. He is 7 and this fit perfectly. Seems very durable. The only thing is the band starts to smell if it gets wet too much so he takes it off when washing his hands. Besides that this is perfect. I have been looking for a very long time"

"Nice watch but strap didn’t have the ability to work on my almost five year olds wrist. Had the tailor add additional velcro which results in extra end flap hanging bit allows it to work. Time will tell. Tailor added Velcro for free so that was a plus."
