For our latest collaboration with modern American menswear brand Todd Snyder, we looked back to one of the most enduring designs in the Timex archive—the Marlin—and reimagined it for the pace of summer. The result is the Timex x Todd Snyder Marlin Mesh, a fresh interpretation of a classic built for days that unfold a little more slowly.
Inspired by our vintage Marlin models from the 1960s and designed exclusively for Todd’s Spring/Summer 2026 runway show, the Marlin Mesh pairs our iconic mid-century silhouette with a finely woven, high-polished stainless-steel mesh bracelet—a distinct detail borrowed from one of Todd's favorite vintage watches.
The sunray dials—available in silver, aqua, and salmon—draw inspiration from the cool blues of the Mediterranean and the warm glow of sunset along the coast. Polished hands and metallic Roman numerals at the quarter hours add just the right amount of refinement, recalling the kind of watch you might have spotted on the wrist of a well-dressed traveler somewhere along the Italian Riviera in the 1960s.
A vintage-style domed acrylic crystal preserves the character of the original Marlin, while inside, a reliable quartz movement delivers precise, everyday performance. The result is a watch that honors its heritage without feeling nostalgic, and a timeless essential designed to be worn often, packed everywhere, and appreciated more with every season.
