I love the design of

"I love the design of this watch, but unfortunately it came with a misaligned seconds hand (off by about half a second, so I couldn’t repair it by pulling out the crown and advancing / reversing it). I went to return it and unfortunately Timex does not offer an exchange option so I had to do a full return. I thought that I would just return this one and then purchase a new one, except my coupon code for 15% off quit working so I had to reach out to support. It took them several days to get back to me with a new code, and by that time the watch had sold out. When I reached out to them again, they never replied. So my journey with this watch was one of excitement which turned in to disappointment due to poor quality control, and then poor website return setup (not allowing exchanges) and then poor / slow to respond customer support. Not a great experience - which is a shame because I really like the design of the watch."
