Repair form Instructions

  1. Click on "Create New Repair Request". Complete the form to submit your contact information and repair description.
  2. Click "Print Repair Form". Review the information then print out the form to send to the Time Group Service Center along with your watch.
  3. Fees to repair watches are dependent on the type of repair and whether the watch is in or out of warranty. Fees for various services are visible on the repair form however the final fee for you repair is determined by our team once the watch has been received and evaluated.
  4. Print out your USPS return shipping label here. You will be asked to enter your contact information. You will then be given tracking information. Please take note of the tracking number as Timex is not responsible for items that we did not receive.
  5. Ship watch in an appropriate mailer, such as a padded envelope or small box. Include Repair Form and apply the USPS return label to envelope/box exterior. Do not include the original packaging or any item with sentimental value.
  6. Upon receipt of your watch, our repair team will evaluate the work required to repair your watch. We will email you an update on the status of your repair with link to PayPal to pay the invoice for service. Once the payment is processed our team will begin repairing your watch.
You will receive status updates via email and to your account to track the progress of your repair.
