Giorgio Galli S2

SWISS MADE AUTOMATIC

Crafting Elegance with Rich Minimalism

Throughout the last two decades our Milan-based design director, Giorgio Galli, one of the industry’s most recognized designers, has helped shape and elevate Timex through his visionary leadership and unparalleled artistic sensibility. We gave Giorgio complete creative autonomy to craft a watch that epitomizes his very essence. While the S1 was intended to be the most “Timex” Timex ever made, the Giorgio Galli S2 is a boundary-pushing step towards the future, combining rich minimalism with the precision and expertise only found at the Timex Group Atelier in Switzerland.

Case

At the heart of the S2 collection lies a remarkable 38 mm skeleton case, an ingenious design construction first introduced by Giorgio Galli in 1996. The injection-molded stainless steel 316L forms the foundation and allows for a complex construction of the inserted titanium on the case back and center insert. The dial is encased in a domed sapphire crystal glass with anti-glare coating while stainless-steel hour markers create a captivating visual aesthetic.
