The band for this watch can be adjusted to fit comfortably between the following wrist circumferences.
142 - 205mm (5.6 - 8.1in)
Wrap a garment measuring tape snuggly around your wrist just below the wrist bone. Alternatively use a piece of string and then measure the string length with a ruler. The average wrist size for men is 6.5-7.5", and for women is 5.5-6.5".
Case diameter determines the watch size: it’s the width of the watch case, excluding the crown. Small wrists (<6") suit 28–36mm, average (6–7") fit 36–42mm, and larger wrists (7"+) can wear 42mm+. Smaller cases can feel refined or vintage-inspired, while larger ones make a bold, modern statement.

"A bit bulky, but nice fit nonetheless."
"Attractive, accurate timepiece."
"I've used Timex for years, very happy with the product, stylish, durable, and dependable"
"Love the color and size of the watch. The leather strap is soft, very comfy, and matches perfectly with the green dial. The only thing I would change with this watch is how thick it is. It still sits great on the wrists but from the side angle seems to pretende a bit but not overly. Fits nicely under the cuff. Would purchase again in another color. Would prefer if it was slightly lighter."
"Beautifully designed face, everything works. Wish the leather band was a bit thicker, but that's not a major issue."
"Honestly it's a beautiful watch. Great price point, little heavy but I'd prefer heavy quality over light and cheap. Customer service was excellent - when i thought I had an issue, they walked me through fixing it in less than five minutes. Couldn't be happier."
"This watch has a beautiful dial, and a sturdy build quality. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because when I received it the hands weren’t aligned properly on one of the chronograph dials. If you’re on the fence, get it, you won’t be disappointed."
"Great looking watch. A bit on the thick side, but that's probably only exaggerated by the vertical sides. Mine measured 11.37mm crystal-to-back, and the included slip-through strap measured 1.40mm per layer. So with both layers under the watch, this sits a tad high at 14.17mm, which is really only apparent when you fold your wrist under. Case diameter measured just a shade over 40mm. The 20mm lug width is stamped right into the caseback, a reminder of the size when you want to order an accessory strap. The spring bars included with mine are 1.80mm, often considered "heavy duty" but honestly, I'm going to replace them with double-flange 1.50mm pins from your favorite watchmaker supply. The outer tube of the spring pins is not self-centering, and mine were both lopsided. A nitpick for sure, but it's obvious that Timex didn't go all-out on the tiny, correctable details. The leather strap included with mine is soft and supple and feels very comfortable. It also looks like it isn't going to last a terribly long time, if I don't replace it. The brightly polished buckle is unsigned, which is in keeping with the minimal appearance (for a chronograph) of the rest of the watch. This strap also includes dual keepers, spaced just far apart enough to actually keep the end in place... and that's on my 7½" (190.5mm) wrist. I've got only four empty holes remaining on the end, which is just about the extent for the second keeper. The stitching seems okay, with medium weight double threads holding the folds in place. My favorite part about this watch is the flat, flush crystal and thin profile case edges. The dial does take up as much space as possible, and without the dome crystal it is easily readable under most lighting conditions without glare. The Indiglo could stand to have a delay, but instead requires holding the crown button in while reading at night. If I could change anything, I'd hope to see this thinned out to under 10mm, add a delay to the Indiglo, and offer a red dial option like the earlier Alarm Chronos. Otherwise it's a great looking watch that would fit most business-casual and dress down days. I wouldn't say it's worth Timex's MSRP, but this can be had for significantly less through most outlets. I purchased mine directly from Timex and it came quickly, for much less than MSRP thanks to the Black Friday promotion."
"I love this watch. It’s perfect for my wrist which is slightly smaller than average. It keeps good time and has excellent quality for the price."
"Great watch but, I do wish it had a sweep second hand"
