"I really like the watch a lot. But your technical writing department needs to be more accurate and should also include more data so that there are no surprises after purchase. Your online description stated that the bracelet links were adjustable without tools. This is wrong. The owner's manual states that there are two types of GMT watches: True GMT and Office GMT. It was a surprise to figure-out what type I had. This shouldn't be. It would also be helpful if the weight of each watch was listed."

"Value for money is great. Far exceeded my expectations. Quality is superb. Hacking movement is a plus. The only thing missing is a screw down crown. Blue section of bezel almost looks black which is fine. Bracelet link removal is awesome. This watch is easier to set the gmt time than my Pepsi Tudor. I wanted to buy the root beer color combo but could not get past the red crown. I’m very impressed with Timex. My Hamilton has been in the shop twice while my Waterbury hodinkee colab keeps on ticking which is why I decided to buy this one. Definitely coming back for the deep sea model. Love it Timex. Keep it up."
