Mineral crystals are still susceptible to scratches but less so than acrylic, however it is not possible to buff out these scratches as it is with acrylic. Mineral glass is not as shatter resistant as acrylic but does offer greater transparency and clarity. - I have seen this watch before and I just love it. The green color and the day of the week on the top circle. My whole life I have always had a problem with watches for I have a little over an 8-inch wrist. I always end up buying a Timex watch and then buying a larger band, but it is never the same. Any suggestions???
