"But . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . the 14mm strap that I ordered and was delivered is the wrong one for my watch. I have now ordered the larger one, can I return the smaller one I have and get a credit?"
"Fits perfectly. My old classic lives on! It took me a minute to realize that the 14 mm measurement is not the length, it's the width of the part of the strap that attaches via pins to the watch. Measure the inside width of that section of your watch, and that is your strap size. There are 'how-to' demos for replacing old strap on YouTube; the strap package does not include any instructions of any kind."
