- Hi Alexander! All our watches are sold as shown in the product images, so we do not offer customization, such as changing the band strap. However, you can purchase a separate replacement strap with the correct lug width if you’d prefer a different one.

- Hi Stephanie! Polishing a scratched polymer crystal can be done gently using a plastic polish like Polywatch or a similar compound. Apply a small amount to the crystal and rub in a circular motion with a soft cloth for a few minutes. Deep scratches may not fully disappear, but light scuffs can often be minimized with care. To avoid hazing or further damage, we recommend bringing it to a watch repair center or a jeweler.
