"I am very glad I stopped dithering and bought this watch while it was available, it is a beautiful way to recognize the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. For those who missed these America watches, there are two America 250 Easy Reader watches available now. They are findable online, but as of today, not listed here on Timex. com."
"An absolutely beautiful watch! Like the mechanical Marlin reissues from a few years back, it has the same 34 mm case width and classic styling. Unlike those Marlins, however, it has a brighter face with bold markings and reflective hands, making it much easier to read. And it has a quartz movement, making it more accurate and reliable. While I was slightly doubtful about the red-white-and-blue "America 250" styling, it's not too bold or obvious. After a switch to a non-blue band, it's hard to tell it's anything other than a great-looking vintage-styled watch."
