"The watch looks great and functions work well for all of my workouts. Unfortunately the reversed light/dark face is very hard to read a lot of the time as it is too dark. In pool workouts or with polarized sunglasses it is particularly difficult. I think they went for a cool look rather than functionality. I had seen this complaint way back on another watch but just didn't pay attention when I made the purchase. That was my fault so probably just a matter of preference."

"I had a previous Ironman watch and loved it so much I bought another. This display seems crisper than previous models and I like the addition of "Occasions" to the menu. The only negative is the stiffness of the band took a few weeks to break in but now it fits well. I recommend this watch if you are considering it. The watch is built very well and looks like it will last for many years."
