Acrylic lens are a specialised form of plastic akin to Plexiglass and were commonly used in early to mid-20th century watches. It is a softer material that can be more prone to scratches but conversely is very shatter-resistant. Given its softness any scratches though can be buffed out. Acrylic lens are synonymous with vintage-inspired timepieces and thus can be found on our Marlin and Q Timex collections.

"Excellent redesign of an old standard. Looks much better than the 18mm lug model, the nduglo button doesn't protrude so it's less prone to accidental activation (which causes ALL buttons to turn it on, very annoying), and the screen itself lights up rather than just the characters on the screen."
