Wrong watch, clunky return policy
"I struggled to get the new strap in. I took it to a jewler and it took 3 of them. I was so happy when iy was fixed, but then one strap became unattached and i haven't found the time to go back to the jewler. I was happy i could replace it, but i never dreamed it would be this hard."

Horrible Customer Service
"Fulfillment of my order was very fast. Strap was well packaged and arrived in perfect shape. The only issue was that I was unable to locate any guidance on the website that would have advised me how to measure the size of the strap that I needed. From the pictures it could have been several different ones of varied size and I did order the wrong strap initially. When I received the correct strap, I got out my metric ruler and attempted to find some part of the strap that measured the listed 16mm size - without success. I still have no idea which part of the strap fits the 16mm label. A graphic illustrating what you measure on a strap to determine its size would be helpful. Otherwise, I'm happy with the strap although installing it was definitely a nightmare."
Great tough watch!
"Several months ago, I purchased Timex boys first outdoor watch for my 8 year old grandson. Alex LOVED the watch but he hated the strap--self-adjusting Velcro closure....said it was "itchy" and scratchy...refused to wear watch. I was able to find the strap above at timex.com. Grandpa switched bands out and NOW Alex loves to wear his watch!"
Good features bad strap
"I have a Timex Ironman sports watch that is over 10 years old. The watch band just broke after many years of rugged use. I called Timex Customer Service because I thought they might not make replacement watch bands for that watch any more. They do! The Customer rep asked me for the part number on the back of my watch face and she sent the correct band. Great service and great quality watch!"
Great watch, but poor water resistance.
"There is only one color available for this replacement wristband, even though there are multiple color watch bodies that this attaches too. I have the white watch and the wristband broke, so now I have a white watch with purple wristband. Not terrible, but Timex should know that their watches outlast their bands. This particular watch does not support a universal 14mm wristband either."
Neat but can't replace strap
"The strap is nice and quality material just like the original, but very difficult to install. I actually used a knife to trim off the sides of the strap where it attaches to the watch face which allowed me to get them attached"
