Does the second hand only tick when the stopwatch is being used? And does the 24 hour clock track hours when the stopwatch is being used, or does it only ever show 24 hour time?

Hi, I have this watch and am generally pleased with it. I have noticed after running the chrono for a few hours that when I stop the chrono and zero it the hours dial at 3 o'clock does not go back to "24" at the top of its dial. Is this normal? Thanks, Marcus
