Luckily I had one on hand in a watch repair kit I just happened to have. make sure to have some extra spring bars on hand if you order this watch. Customer service was just an email to an AI chatbot that offered zero apologies or resolution. I know spring bars fail, but as an owner of 6 timex watches I thought it would stand up to more than just 40 days of use. no long term reliability notes as it is still less than 2 months old."
