I own several at the same price point as this piece, one at twice the price, several at half the price and under. This is the most beautiful of them all. It caught my attention when it was first released. I kept seeing the ads, and each time it would excite the watch lover in me. I have recommended it to friends. It's one of my favorite time pieces now. The only negative is that it is nearly impossible to unscrew, wind, and screw the crown back down. You can barely get to it, and you can barely feel it once you do. My Marlin Jet is similar. Really hard to wind. Only Timex seems to have this poor crown design issue. I've not experienced it with any of my other watches."

Moreover, I find myself wishing that Timex had included a button fixture for the deployment clasp. Given that friction fits are generally prone to eventual failure over time, this would add an extra layer of durability and convenience. In addition, I would love to see an elevated version of the classic diver clasp from Timex. The innovation of tool-less bracelet sizing is impressive, and a refined clasp design would further enhance the overall functionality and appeal of this already remarkable watch."

"I have had this watch forn3 days. So far its running at about +12. 5sec/day. I hope after 30 days it settles into less seconds per day BUT The design, finish amd details FAR exceed anything I expected from Timex. It is amazingly beautiful! The lume ia excellent, the black enamel dial n is perfect. And as much as I thought I wouldn't like the bracelet going from 20mm to 18mm, its actually very comfortable. The tool-less bracelet adjustments are super easy. If Timex works on getting these more tightly regulated, like say maybe to the COSC standard which is ENTIRELY possible, I'd even be willing to pay another $100 or so. Even if that meant switching to a Sellita SW200 ELABOORE. OVERALL, WELL DONE Timex+"
