Wrap a garment measuring tape snuggly around your wrist just below the wrist bone. Alternatively use a piece of string and then measure the string length with a ruler. The average wrist size for men is 6.5-7.5", and for women is 5.5-6.5".
How to choose the right case size
Case diameter determines the watch size: it’s the width of the watch case, excluding the crown. Small wrists (<6") suit 28–36mm, average (6–7") fit 36–42mm, and larger wrists (7"+) can wear 42mm+. Smaller cases can feel refined or vintage-inspired, while larger ones make a bold, modern statement.

Mineral Crystal
A toughened glass made from silica that's heat- and scratch-resistant, offering clear visibility and solid everyday durability.
Mineral Glass
Enhanced durability
Mineral crystals use a similar material to windowpane glass and were developed for watches as a harder alternative to acrylic. Mineral crystals are still susceptible to scratches but less so than acrylic, however it is not possible to buff out these scratches as it is with acrylic. Mineral glass is not as shatter resistant as acrylic but does offer greater transparency and clarity. Due to their improved scratch resistance versus acrylic, and improved shatter resistance versus sapphire, mineral is often considered to be the best of both worlds as a crystal material.

"It's a great watch and looks exactly as advertised, even though I had no idea how to adjust the wrist strap. Though, I accidently scrapped the corner of a wall and it scraped the top pretty bad, I don't know how I like how easily it damaged it."

Really liking this watch so
"Really liking this watch so far. Bought it because of the vintage look that is similar to an ana-digi watch from a James Bond movie. Overall, the watch and bracelet feel very sturdy and high quality. I was worried it would look too small on my large wrist, but the tall, rectangular shape help it wear larger, while keeping the vintage look and feel. I only dinged a star because the crown and pusher buttons are so small that they are hard to operate. They still work fine, but it just took awhile to make the adjustments while using my fingernails. The clasp adjustment was a little tight, which is probably a good thing, so I just used a small screwdriver to pop it up. Finally, I understand the idea not to use lume to stay true to the original vintage watch, but it does have lume at the 3, 6, 9 markers. They look cool glowing, but it doesn’t really serve a functional purpose because the hands don’t have lume. Overall, a cool vintage watch that I got at a great sales price and would highly recommend."

Looks old-school. Nothing fancy, but
"Looks old-school. Nothing fancy, but full of functionality. The small digital display has many options such as date, secondary time zone, stopwatch, and alarm. I do wish the watch hands were illuminated or there was a light on the digital screen, but other than that if is perfect. The band feels like it made well and of good quality. It is also easily adjustable. Overall, I am happy with the appearance, feel and functionality of this watch. I looked at it several times before purchasing it, but I am glad that I did."

It's a beautiful watch, that's
"It's a beautiful watch, that's worth the hassle. This watch has a digital section requiring the use of 3 functions buttons. No instructions were included. The watch was packed in a generic box with only a tiny label stuck to the bottom of the box, with just a phone number and website for warranties. The website requested a Model number that showed an incorrect watch. After calling Timex with the Model Number, they also got the wrong instructions. Finally after sending a picture of the watch, they found the correct instructions for setting the digital portion and on how to adjust the watchband. It was really frustrating that they didn't bother to include instructions, especially since the info is not readily user-handy. It would have been nicer if they took one extra day to include instructions before shipping. Yes, I like it and will keep it and will now be able to enjoy it."

"Solid construction in both case and band. Looks great. Wish it had lume but I knew it didn’t when I bought it and it’s a “reissue” so no fixing that now."

Q&A
What is the maximum size of the bracelet? My wrist is 9 inches.
Hello Kevin! We're happy to help you with the sizing for the Q Timex® 1982 Ana-Digi Reissue. The stainless steel bracelet on that model is designed to fit wrist circumferences ranging from 5.9 inches up to 8.1 inches (150 mm to 205 mm). Unfortunately, it sounds like it would be too small for a 9-inch wrist right out of the box.
The description says self adjusting but I cannot figure it out and it's not in the manual. Can you help me out here?
Hi Tiny! Great question, and we’re glad you’re exploring the features of your Q Timex® 1982 Ana-Digi Reissue 33mm Stainless Steel Bracelet Watch. The “self-adjusting clasp” is designed for easy sizing and comfort—no special tools required. You can gently lift the clasp and slide it along the bracelet to your preferred fit, then press it down to lock it in place. To adjust the strap on your watch, follow these steps: SLIDING CLASP BRACELET 1. Open locking plate 2. Move clasp to desired bracelet length 3. Exert pressure while holding locking plate and slide clasp back and forth until it engages in grooves on underside of bracelet 4. Press locking plate down until it snaps closed Clasp can be damaged if excessive force is used If you need assistance or prefer professional adjustment, we recommend visiting a local jeweler.
can you find a leather/rubber strap to fit? Love the look but would want a leather band.

Is the digital display automatically synched with the analog display in time keeping mode?
Hi Jeff! Great question—on the Q Timex® 1982 Ana-Digi Reissue 33mm, the analog and digital parts function separately. So you can set each one on its own, which is super handy if you like tracking two different times. Let me know if you need help setting it up!
