Mineral crystals use a similar material to windowpane glass and were developed for watches as a harder alternative to acrylic. Mineral crystals are still susceptible to scratches but less so than acrylic, however it is not possible to buff out these scratches as it is with acrylic. Mineral glass is not as shatter resistant as acrylic but does offer greater transparency and clarity. - Hi Pam! All our watches are sold as shown in the product images, so we do not offer customization, such as changing the band strap. However, you can purchase a separate replacement strap with the correct lug width if you’d prefer a different one.
- Hi - I have a very small wrist - 5". Will there be a hole in this band to fit my wrist?
- Hello Kathy! Thank you for asking about the fit. The band for this watch can be adjusted to fit comfortably between wrist circumferences of 150–205mm (5.9–8.1in). Since your wrist is 5" (about 127mm), it may be too small for this strap to secure properly, so unfortunately it won’t fit as intended.
- Can the velcro strap be swapped out with this watch? If so, Do you think I be able to switch it easily? If so, how do I order?

However, please note that it does not have a quick release mechanism, so a tool will be needed to remove and install the strap. With the right tools and care, the process can be done at home. - I have recently received a snoopy timex watch which I love but the watch doesn’t work on my wrist. It’s happy to keep time on my bedside table but not on a human wrist.
