"I purchased this watch because the TIMEX representative said it had 5 alarms. I had previously owned a TIMEX watch that had 3 alarms. I have owned TIMEX watches for over 30 years so I have been a very loyal customer. When the watch arrived, I could only see one alarm. I called a representative at TIMEX and they guided me through the process of finding the other alarms. It turned out the watch had only 1 alarm as I suspected and the representative told me that the watch had been programmed incorrectly. I purchased another one yesterday and the representative told me he would contact the warehouse to make sure all 5 alarms are working correctly on my second purchase. I will test the new one when it arrives. I hope TIMEX will rectify this situation. If the second one does not work as advertised, I will be sending both back. In addition, I have purchased 2 other TIMEX watches through your Amazon store that advertised that they had 3 alarms. Sadly neither had 3 alarms. In fact both only had 1."
