"The watch is exactly what I wanted. Comfortable, easy to read, durable and waterproof. It’s a solid everyday wearable. The 3* review is because the Timex website purchase experience was terrible. I paid for quick shipping but received no updates from Timex about it. When I contacted them via their website, I had to deal with an AI chatbot. When it could not assist me (big surprise), it said it would connect me with a live agent. 45 minutes later and no agent connected. I called and got the same useless AI experience. Long story less long, I received the watch. 1 day later I received the shipping notification that said it would arrive soon. 2 days after that a live agent reached out via email asking me to call them so they could resolve the issue. Ridiculous!"

The bracelet can still be removed and replaced, but a tool will be needed to remove the spring bars. We recommend having it changed by a jeweler or watch professional if needed.
