"Sirs, As I sent in my “Your order 1475328 has been delivered” reply to custserv@timex.com at 8:30 PM on the 19th, Sirs: This was an outstanding transaction on cost, timeliness, and good looks. The size description said it should have fit my IRONMAN TW5M18700, I was unable to get the pin into the pin holes for either of the two straps. I was able to reuse the old strap by sliding the loop off of the new strap onto the old strap. It’s a tight fit, but does a marvelous job. Thanks! John E. Bate"
